TRB provided complete code compliance plan review for a 26-story podium tower with 270 market rate apartment units and accompanying 6-story mid-rise 90-unit affordable apartment building. Both buildings sit on a concrete podium which comprises 1 level above and 2 levels below grade with parking at all levels and community and retail functions at grade.

TRB provided combination plan review support for a series of mixed use, residential, and parking structures on the project. Encompassing 93 acres, the project comprises five new buildings with garages, as well as a new 6-level parking garage with basement and a separate parking garage. In total, there is over 1.9 million square feet of office, retail, and mixed-use residential space.

TRB provided code compliance plan review for this 50,000 s.f., LEED Platinum Certified New Non-Profit Headquarters Building. Extensive consideration of Energy Conservation, Green Building (including living roof), and Disabled Access provisions.

TRB performed life safety, access compliance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural plan review on three buildings located at this vocational education campus site. Buildings reviewed included two six-story B occupancy educational buildings with buckling restrained braced frame systems and a 6-story concrete parking structure.

TRB provided comprehensive plan review and inspection services on the construction of this 6-anchor store shopping center which encompassed core and shell; assembly, retail, and business use tenant improvements. The project includes 12 buildings of various building types (concrete tilt-up, masonry, steel frame, and wood frame construction).

TRB performed life safety, structural and access compliance plan review services on behalf of the City of Monterey for this four-story reinforced concrete detached learning center with open atrium containing learning labs and auditorium adjacent to the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

TRB was selected to provide combination plan review for the expansion and renovation of the City's convention center facility. TRB reviewed the project for adherence to adopted building standards codes in Life Safety, Structural, MEP, Accessibility disciplines. TRB's scope of work included regularly scheduled telecommunication meetings to ensure schedule alignment. In addition, our firm was engaged in the evaluation of Alternate Materials and Methods requests to address several performance-based design elements on the project, including smoke control system design.

TRB provided a complete building and fire plan review of 15 Buildings, with a mix of industrial, Manufacturing and Warehouse with ancillary Offices. Reviewed the project based on the 2019 California Building Standards Codes.

TRB provided complete code compliance services including plan review, inspection, building official, and building department administration duties for the Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System. Reviewed project to California building standards codes, Federal accessibility standards including the UFAS, ADA, ABA, Rehabilitation Act, and adopted civil and utilities standards.
